Team Ups Released!
Team-Ups have been released! Falcon, Firestar, Magik, and Spider-Man can now be purchased with Eternity Splinters or Gs.
Weekend Event
We wanted everyone to have more fun, so we thought of some fun things and then we doubled it!
From this patch until 4/17, we’ve doubled the following things:
Unique Drop Rates
Team-Up Gear Drop Rates
Team Insignia Drop Rates
Cosmic Medallion Drop Rates
Ring Drop Rates
Chance for Cosmic Doop to spawn instead of Doop
Additionally, watch your email this weekend for a special bonus!
Hero Changes
Black Panther
Stealthy Escape's base stealth duration raised to 3 seconds (up from 2)
Spider-Man
Constrictive Webbing now gives a bonus to Spider-Man’s Maximum Spirit.
Taskmaster
Tear Gas Arrows have been renamed “Nerve Gas Arrows” and now deal physical damage.
Taskmaster can now equip “Cloak-Hero” and “Gun-Hero” uniques, as intended.
Taskmaster's stance powers should no longer become disabled when going through transitions such as the elevators in Fisk Tower or the door in the Hood's Hideout.
Avengers and Thunderbolts can now be used by Taskmaster as intended.
UI Changes
We’ve made changes to the way items sort themselves when placing them into the S.T.A.S.H.:
- If the item can go into the S.T.A.S.H. tab you're currently looking at, it will go there, otherwise it will try to find the appropriate type of tab and put it there.
- Items that are usable by all heroes will now default to General S.T.A.S.H. tabs.
- Items now take into account stacking when attempting to auto-move an item into a full S.T.A.S.H. tab.
The damage meter in X-Defense and the S.H.I.E.L.D. Holo-Sim has been removed due to many issues with miscalculations (and sometimes not calculating at all!). It will likely return in the future, but will not be bound to the Tab key.
You no longer need to have the input text field in chat focused to Shift-LMB on item links in the chat.
Enemy Changes
Magneto’s health has been increased, as his health was still well under his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants compatriots despite his recent workout regimen. In addition, his damage was increased slightly to match his newfound mastery.
Mega Sentinel’s damage has been increased slightly. The Sentinel program is expanding at an alarming rate. Something must be done or our very future will be in jeopardy.
Doop’s health in Midtown has been decreased. Splitting himself into Cosmic Doops has weakened him slightly.
Sound Changes
An issue with hero volume has been addressed. Your hero should now speak up, as intended.
Captain America and Taskmaster’s shield bounce sound effects have been revised.
Mission Changes
A full pass of Legendary Quests is underwway with the following results:
- Confusing quests have had some fine tuning of their instruction clarity.
- Legendary Quest rewards will be based on difficulty and length of the quest much more accurately to reward effort for Odin. Longer quests will reward more credits, exp and odin marks and shorter quests will reward fewer.
- Doop will now count towards the supervillain-oriented Legendary Quest total.
- Several minor mission and legendary quest tweaks completed, including more which will make it into next week’s patch and the following week’s patch.
- Continue to provide feedback in the Mission and Quest section so we can keep making Legendary Quests fun, easy-to-understand, bug-free and appropriately rewarding for the time investment: http://forums.marvelheroes.com/categ...ary-quest-bugs
