Etat financier d'Artifact Entertainment
- La cessation d'activité : l'activité de AE prend fin et les actifs seront vendus (synonyme de la disparition de Horizons) ;
- Prolongation de l'activité de AE, sur les serveurs de Verio, si le juge estime que le recouvrement des dettes est possible ;

I will just say that I'm satisfied with how it went. <Benji> ahh thanks david...was just curios it all <Cat-Nip> Dave: YAY! DavidBowman-Bounty-hunting-AFK> I will repeat myself, since no one else chooses to accurately repeat what I've said... AT LEAST 48 hours <DavidBowman> And on that note, the worlds as we knew them are gone. <DavidBowman> We're just about done with the data aspects of consolidation, we are going to be running some optimizations over night, and we'll know in the morning where we stand. It all looks good at this stage. We'll run some tests in the <DavidBowman> morning, and IF ALL GOES WELL, and only IF ALL GOES WELL, we'll have them up by primetime. <DavidBowman> Did everyone hear about Acclaim? <DavidBowman> 600 employees let go, no warning on Friday. It's closed. <DavidBowman> Acclaim has been a publisher/developer since the 80s... <US_Beta_17712> yeah - they have ben around for a long time <Silowyi> They are primarily console. <Benji> Ok, i'll ask...david how did today go in court (since we are speaking of acclaim) <DavidBowman> Benji: they went as predicted. <Elfie> DB wwhat is predicted? <Benji> David, does that mean as AE predicted? sorry not the sharpest knife in the drawer so things like that confuse me <DavidBowman> Benji: I'm certain that somebody predicted the outcome of today's hearing as it played out. I will just say that I'm satisfied with how it went. <Benji> ahh thanks david...was just curios it all <Cat-Nip> Dave: YAY! Our Game is Safe!!!!!!!????? <Cat-Nip> *Does a Happy Dance* <Elfie> David.. so if your satisfied then we should be also http://media.ign.com/boardfaces/1.gif <Henry_Redacre> hey, while we're offering services and all... does AE have any room for a former EA Tester/Designer? heh <DavidBowman> Henry: we accept applications, but we aren't doing a lot of hiring at the moment ;-) <Henry_Redacre> DB: figured as much.. i'm leaving for LA again and heading back to EA ina few weeks.. i just hate living in LA, and will do whatever i can to earn a living at a game company out here. <DavidBowman> Evil: something suitable might show up in the future to commemorate today's events. We talked about it, but were focused on other things in the short term :-) <Eyejon_Toothas> Is it appropriate to ask how things went with the judge today? <Mordig> DB says he is pleased with the outcome Eyejon <Aceiscool> yes David can you Give ua a low down on the judge thing today? <DavidBowman> Mordoth: I expect September to be focused on corrections and completion of the Withered Aegis assets and code... then we can look at our next set of announced tasks. <Blacknite> well David... I must say.. it appears HZ still has many happy & excited supporters.. congradulations http://media.ign.com/boardfaces/1.gif <Elfie> Well AE is doing a great job.. Keep up the good work.. .. I am off to bed ,, g'night everyone.. and see some of you on Chaos http://media.ign.com/boardfaces/3.gif <DavidBowman> Brash: we worked most of tonight correcting Dragon quests... we'll make sure to pay attention during this week to see what we missed. But the real stuff comes for Dragons AT LEAST by the new year. <Belarsis> Is there anyway David Bowman or a Dev could please hop over to the boards at tazoon.com and please post to all the frantic players when chaos and order will come up live?? <Lunhilde> Frantic is not the word I'd use for what's going on the boards <DavidBowman> Belarsis: we've stated the available information. We'll have more to say in the morning. <Belarsis> Mr Bowman all due respect but where was all this stated other than in here?? not everyone uses this service and a simple post would be enough to statisfy everyone I would believe <DavidBowman> Belarsis: We've posted that the shards would come down for the beginning of the consolidation at 10:00 AZ time, Monday. That they would come back up, but not count for this event. And that Chaos and Order will be available as soon as possible, but to expect AT LEAST 48 hours. <Belarsis> Okay one last question Mr Bowman then I will go to bed. Why did the old shards come down this much before the new ones were up then? Most of us would have thought that the new ones would come up right after the old came down. Any specific reason why they were brought down so early? <DavidBowman> Belarsis: I have to let my staff sleep. <DavidBowman> Belarsis: that came across too harsh... but it's true. <Belarsis> I can uderstand that sir. But could you not have let the shards run till tomorrow afternoon?? LOL I know I am being a pain but as I work during the day this is my main play time and Starting over on blight does not appeal to me <jasingg> I am in Australia about how many hours is this away?? <DavidBowman> jasingg: it is9:45 pm here... we'll look in the morning our time, and then make a judgement, would then be AT LEAST six hours from then... so, MINIMUM 18. <Belarsis> Well Mr Bowman thanks for all you have done and thanks for asking my questions. Go get some sleep yourself. I hope to be playing soon. Gotta have back surgery so will have plenty of time to mine that Mithril ore <DavidBowman> Take care of yourself Belarsis. <Arremus> oh my. 18 hours? So you mean i have NO excuse not to do my assignment? bleh.. *thanks* David... http://media.ign.com/boardfaces/3.gif <DavidBowman> Goodnight all. Get some rest, go outside, meet your family... see you in the new world tomorrow. |
