Patch sur Blight du 14/11/11 (Delta 216)

Additions
- Shadowstem, Blighted Diamond and Bitterroot now spawn with in the Barrier Vale.
- Journeyman and Expert scroll formulas are now sold on Scholar Trainers.
- Added a new quest series that starts with Seldon at the Eastern Outpost.
- Added "Champion" related items to Anarie the Loyalty Vendor.
- Shining Wisps can now be found within the Yew Forest.
- Autumn has been added to New Brommel as part of the Fall Festival and has a quest for bipeds and dragons.

Changes
- Icy Dire Wolf Claws no longer drop as general loot. Instead, they drop as loot while on the quest "Tower of Magery: Collect Icy Dire Wolf Claws".
- Made sure all plots in Morning Light are flat and that the dirt texture extends to the borders.
- Seldon, Beldon and Thurid have been moved out of the Forbidden Zone to Eastern Outpost.
- Repriced the Beginner, Travel and Healing scroll formulas.
- Weapon Dyes are now known as "Weapon and Tool Dyes" and can be applied to Tools.
- Armor Dyes are now known as "Armor and Scale Dyes" and can be applied to Dragon scales.

Fixes
- Adamantium Golems no longer get Umyarr's health/damage boost or XP increase.
- Corrected a busted chat link in quest "Caepio's Troubles II".
- The hide of Caepio's Fear is now properly added to loot when you kill the dire wolf in quest "Caepio's Troubles III".
- Corrected a busted chat link in quest "Imperial Army: Disturbances I" and also the visibility of step three.
- Quest "Ranger: Envenomed Arrow III" now properly points at Jacinda instead of Calimir.
- Quest "Taurorond: Remembering the Fallen" now properly drops Elven Rank Badges when killing Elven Undead at Attios' Stand.
- Leah Attanbar now sells the Beginner Travel Scroll formula.
- Help Out Thanthor the Fisher should now more consistently count the Greater Water Elemental drops.
